We inspect the interior, exterior, attic, and perimeter. We look for active pests, entry points, moisture issues, and conducive conditions. We take photos and notes so we can explain exactly what we found.
Before any treatment, we explain what we found, what we recommend, and why. You will know the scope, the products involved, and the cost. We do not proceed without your approval.
We apply targeted treatments based on the inspection — not a blanket spray. We focus on the areas where activity is present and where pests are likely entering. We note any areas that need repair or exclusion work.
We check back to see how things are going. If activity persists, we adjust the approach. Communication is part of the service, not an afterthought.

We select products and application methods with household safety in mind. Specific re-entry times and precautions depend on the products used and the areas treated. Your technician will review these with you before starting.
Treatment recommendations depend on inspection findings, pest activity, property conditions, access, service scope and applicable product label directions.
It is normal to see some pest activity for a short period after treatment as pests encounter the product. This typically decreases over the following days. If activity continues beyond what we expect, we will return to reassess at no additional charge within the agreed service scope.
We will leave a service report summarizing what we found, what we treated, and any recommendations for ongoing prevention. You will also receive a follow-up message to confirm results.
